Two great days at Weston super food festival pioneering sustainable bio-symbiotic farming, this is achieved in a closed loop environment where nutrient rich water from our Trout farm is pumped to the greenhouse where plants act as a bio-filter, like a natural eco-system. Using 90% less water than normal horticultural farming and no by-waste from the Trout farm.

Antonio shared his chef secrets for making delicious Trout fish cakes on a fresh farm salad.  The audience were amazed at how tasty and simple to make when using fresh, quality ingredients alongside a few trade secrets.
