BioAqua aquaponics farm will provide a tour of their facilities, demonstrating how they use complementary processes to grow produce in a sustainable, environmentally friendly way. There will be a pop-up stall there where you can purchase their produce to take home and hot trout fillet panini with their farm salad, Blackcurrant squash, smoked trout pate, fresh fillets with marinade and more.
