Items shipped outside the UK territory are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred.
The team is committed to dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 hours. Some items have a longer delivery time, as they are made to order, or non-stock items. Orders received on a non-working day will be dealt with on the next working day.

UK Standard:
Non bulky items –
£4.50 up to 2kg Courier pack
£6.50 up to 5kg Courier pack
£15.00 up to 20kg
(1 – 3 working days Monday – Friday)
Bulky items:
– Raft boards £20 +VAT due to length of the board, these can be cut to reduce courier changes.
– Tanks, system kits need to be sent on a pallet which costs £50. Orders going to remote places such as Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland will be at a higher rate (please contact us for details). UK Islands, Highlands and remote areas may require 4 – 5 working days. International: Cost will vary depending on location.
In the UK territory, the parcel is classified lost within the postal service system after it has been delayed for a period of 15 working days. Bioaquafarm.co.uk will provide refunds after this period has been concluded by the delivery system.
Regardless of the method of delivery, BioAqua Farm Ltd is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage, delay or lack of delivery of goods by the courier.
Damages, defects, or missing items must be notified within 5 working days of receiving goods. You will be asked to return the product in its original packaging. We will offer you an exchange or refund of damaged or defected items returned to us within 14 days of receipt provided they are in their original condition, excluding Bespoke Systems, kits custom built, please contact directly to resolve.
Your statutory rights are not affected. To return any items
please follow these steps below:
1. Contact us at info@bioaquafarm.co.uk Please make sure you provide your order reference number and the items to return.
2. When posting your product(s), please make sure you wrap the unopened products(s) securely. The returned product(s) is your responsibility until it reaches us. We are not liable for the cost of returning any goods.
