Up to 30 days prior to the first day of the course you can request a refund with a £20 administration charge or transfer your course date. 30 days prior to the first day of the workshop there is no refund, although you can
move to another course date, a £20 administration fee applies or transfer your space to family/friend (Discretion is taken for special circumstances, eg. health related with Dr Certificate.) While we take all precautions to avoid any course cancellations. If a course is cancelled due to unexpected, extraordinary circumstances, eg. extreme illness of
course instructor, we will transfer you to another course date or you can have a full refund.

Tour & Lunch events are non-refund. You can transfer your ticket to another date, or
transfer your space to a family member or friend. Email info@bioaquafarm.o.uk with your ID or tiket number, your full name and the name of date you wish to transfer to.

tour instructor or natural disasters we will transfer you to another tour & lunch event date or offer a refund.
